Our 2-minute Impact Video has been the cornerstone of our business. Why 2 minutes? Similar to the

"elevator pitch", we only have a few moments to make an impression and then, if you're great, another moment

to show "what you got". We start the video with a "Wow" in the first moments and then carry that

momentum on to a final crescendo, with the sole purpose of getting the client to the property in person, so

you can ultimately do what you do best. Sell.
